Your proposed setup will reach 500 rwhp.

If installed and tuned correctly, it will run better than stock.

You can also make a 'dent' in the frame. We used a 10t hydrolic pump (do you call it that?) to create a dent of 1cm in the frame. I'd rather do that than cutting out a piece of frame.
