I'm pretty sure I had the biggest orifice in that regulator. But I'm not 100% sure, so that might have been the problem.

What was the problem, that you did or didn't have the biggest orifice in it?

Its possible that he didnt have the largest orifice in the FPR but he cant remember and that could have been his problem. I think you will be fine with the largest orifice in the FPR. It was designed to flow fairly well and thats the reason it came with different sized of orifices to up the flow for added pump flow.

Yea, I think it will be ok as well. I'll keep an eye on it.

Thanks.

the kit t1 sells it only for civics/integras where there is a fuel filter mounted on the firewall. If you do this the right way to do it is running a line from the tank up. If you look at the size of the return line it seems way too small to be running 2 pumps but it might work. I dont think there is any cheap solution for doing a dual pump setup on the s2000. I was considering making a kit because i have a few ideas but unfortunately i dont have a test dummy car anymore and work has been busy lately.

i was thinking about running a -6an line from the intank walbro, to a Bosch 044, and running a -6an line from the 044 to the factory fuel rail, and using a FPR and the stock return line. What do you guys think about that? looking to make 650whp safely....

It's the return I'm wondering about...I'll know more when I get to start on the car in the next couple weeks.
