Just a FYI...my build made 400whp on a Mustang dyno. All pulls were 4th gear tuning and 18 psi with 11.7 AFR flat in the boost columns. I ran 93 octane pump gas and my injector duty was 59%. Vtec was put at 7k rpm for a smooth curve using a log manifold. I also use a 3mm Inline Pro headgasket.

It took 3hrs of tuning to get the upper and lower fuel maps correct after installing the FB340 lph fuel pump and ID1000cc injectors. It was harder than usual getting the vtec transition...lots of pop/farting during the tuning.

Depends on the goals you have. The power curve is just as important as the peak power. Is it a daily driver? The 5858 should let you start boosting at 33-3500 rpm. Try to have a few maps if you have varying goals. The s2k has pretty high compression so I would run it conservatively at 10-10.5 on the 5858 325hp and maybe 9-9.5 on the 6262 355hp. These are just rough estimates. Good luck.
