Didn't a member, Termination I believe, run 11.7 with 355whp? Guess he had a serious driver mod.
Yeah, he's got his shit together lol. Had a good set of slicks and a perfect launch too.

I'll be going to the strip sometime in the next couple months to see what I run. Hoping to at least hit low/mid 12s rolling off the line on my 245 RE11's

My one recommendation to OP is regardless of what supercharger/turbo option you go with, find a nice reputable kit to install (Full Blown, Full Race, PFab...)
No slicks. Not even drag radials.

Granted that dyno read super low. Betting it would have read more (400-450?) on others... but who knows.

Injectors
Standalone
Fuel pump
clutch
maybe Fuel pressure regulator
appropriate gauges to monitor vitals such as AF, boost/vac at the least.

Termination did it with like 350-400 range but that was some serious driving.

Damn so you can get these cars into 11s pretty cheap huh? About 10k for the car and then about 7k in mods? And then if you want 10s it's right around the corner.

Pretty much, find a good tuner and make sure all the parts are installed correctly and you're golden Quite a few people on these forums have taken these cars up to ~600WHP on stock internals with no problems.

There's been a supercharged s2000 that has ran a 11.0 in the 1/4 mile.

Maybe, but around that corner is a pile of broken drivetrain parts

Weight is another factor. I had a fwd Civic with 364whp that would run 11.20-.30's all day, and it weighed in at 2200 with me. The same exact setup in a heavier 2500 lb chassis would only run 11.70's. Of course that is FWD, different story.

Ok I just researched all the stuff I need to turbo. I still don't know if I want to get an S2K but in my opinion it's the best option for my budget. It looks better than a C5 corvette and has the best interior. I was thinking of LS swapping my Miata but I want to get a better looking car, which is the S2K. THanks guys.
