Default How much Knock on pump 93 is safe?

Was out tuning last night with the AEM EMS as the outside temps finally dropped where i live and was doing some long 5th gear-6th gear uphill pulls.....trying to heat up the EGT temps as hot as possible.......and to my suprise they were wayyyyy hoter than what i thought they would get......i had to shut a few pulls down as i was almost touching 900 deg.celcius......

The problem is that my A/F ratio is nice and rich at 11.5-11.8 to 1 from 7k-9k rpm...no problem there as i have never been happier with the consistant A/F tune i now have on the car.

So that tells me the problem is the timeing is too far retarded and that the mixture is buring in the exhaust mostly heating things up.....my initial tuner pulled the timeing out to around 15-20 degrees from 6k on up to redline on the full throttle map.....it was originally around 35-40 degress all motor. So thats roughly 20 degrees he pulled out.

This all tells me i have to start advanceing timeing again and watch the knock sensor to get the car safe....and pick up some lost HP too.

My question is how much Knock is safe on pump 93 to where i should stop advanceing the timeing leave it at ??? Remember i am at 13-14 psi on the stock headgasket too....so i am really pushing things right now.
