i'd relocate the battery and fuse box. Its really not tough (i did it) and just make a heat shield. That will open up alot more choices giving you the ability to make alot more power!

I'm running the revhard mani, its VERY similar to the ip mani. It was nice and cheap off ebay. 17,000+ boosted no problems yet. Check my sig for details...

I saw that mani already..wasn't sure on fitment/etc. Were you forced to relocate your oil filter?

Thanks.

Notching the frame isn't a big deal either, however the fact they won't sell the manifold separately is rather gay.

If thats the case, I will look elsewhere for a log style that duplicates the inline setup. Guess they aren't interested in selling to customers??

I'm not looking to purchase a kit. I can get the parts individually cheaper purchasing elsewhere.

the best deal going for a turbo kit is the godspeed on ebay - with injectos and some type of ecu programing you are good to go!

Doubtful.

Pump/Injectors/EMS is needed, so it's not a complete "kit"

Also the downpipe is 2.5", and the turbo is to small.

For a simple small power setup, it's nice. Not my flavor though.

I'm like the looks of the pfab log setup. Top mounts the turbo and with a 35r, should get me great spool.

I can keep the oil filter/battery/fuse box in the stock locations.

i just did a pfab car with that manifold.......
to prevent heat - relocated battery to trunk, turned fuse box, remade & relocated heater by-pass mount/cable, new ac lines rerouteded up over fender. - the output of the turbo is kind of pain to plumb -we went down between the cross bar frame and rack & pinion, a 2" pipe just fits thru there.
if you order one from pfab- make sure you order it with a downpipe- again a pain to make!

I was looking @ the log style, not the EL.

You stated to "prevent heat" how does moving the battery prevent heat?

I'd think you should be able to make a heat shield squeeze in between the mani/turbo to direct it away from the hot parts even place a reflective panel on it as well. Wrap the downpipe and ceramic coat the exhaust side and it should be ok.

3" downpipe & 2.5" piping for i/c.

I am able to mig my own downpipe. I have done it before w/o issue.

Thanks
