Default I want more power!11!1

Finally got to tune and dyno my non aftercooled CTSC. Ended up putting down 278 rwhp and 170 trq uncorrected. Now that I know everything is running good I want to do a smaller pulley so I have a few questions for you guys.

Currently on car:
CTSC non aftercooled
Emanage blue
F1 header
test pipe
Spugen Exhaust

What I want:

11 PSI pulley - Im gussing Im going to loose 1-2 psi when I do my front mount. Also want to avoid changing the head gasket

Front mount - anything specific I should look for in intercoolers? Currently looking at a Godspeed bar & plated intercooler

Injectors - I have 440s sitting under my bed.

Spark plugs - should I go one degree colder?

Anything else Im missing? Comments/suggestions welcome.

Thanks
Mike

You will have more then 1-2psi drop. The guys running UR intercoolers is around 4psi drop.

you will also definitely need something larger than 440cc injectors if you plan to run higher boost. Are you still on the stock clutch? and yes, I would recommend running a colder spark plug setup.

I had my tuner fab me a custom FMIC setup with 3" piping and using a 9 psi pulley, my car dyno'd at 8.1 psi.

good numbers for non-aftercooled. id suggest starting your upgrade process with an aftercooler. you will LOVE the difference it makes. also you won't have to raise the boost level to accomodate it, and the aftercooler can accomodate high boost setups if you still decide to up the boost in the future. id suggest taking it 1 step at a time so that it will be easier to iron out the kinks as they arise. if it's the look of the FMIC that you're after, you can achieve that with a larger front mount aftercooler radiator.

thanks everyone for your replies.

So are you saying 440s arent enough for the setup I want to run?

I want to do front mount just because it going to cost less then finding a aftercooler. Pluss it'll look better

Wow the Ultimate Racing intercooler must be very unefficient. Multiple people have reported 4psi drops from their kit.

WashabiS2K, what intercooler are you using?

i thought it was mostly the low boost people who lost so much psi with a front mount?
