Default idle/vtec issues need ideas potential problems

So after 2500 miles are so I'm due for an oil change.commetic 2mm hg Pfab log gt35r aem ems injector dynamics 1000's omni 4bar map sensor. When I initially start the car and let it warm up it idles fine a/f's 14.7 range. After letting it sit for several minutes it starts to idle lean off the guage and start sputtering before I changed the oil and plugs. After I changed the oil and replaced my bkr7e's it has started doing it more. Now more at cruising and it breaks up real bad in vtec. I pulled the plugs made sure they're gapped at what my tuner had them at and its still doing it! I don't have any ideas of what it could be. I know for sure doing routine maintenance could not have effected the tune.could it be something with the tune or if its the headgasket going bad? Any help would be appreciated.

Check your injectors make sure it doesn't have any materials in them from the machine shop. I would run some injector cleaner through your system. Check your compression on each cylinder also.

A buddy of mine also mentioned since I have 90+ k miles on the original coil packs to check those. It does sound/feel like a misfire. Any suggestions to how I can test the coil packs?

Swap someone with another set for a day to check it out. It may be a sensor going bad, check the voltages for you IAT, MAP etc in AEM.

I'm going to hook my wideband up to my aem and do. Datalog and see if I can figure out what's going on.

any reason you have a 7 heat range plug in there?

7 is the stock heat range. id at least use an 8.

gap the plugs down even more and make sure they are tight
