I expect the Greddy kit is plumbed back into the exhaust for emissions too.

It a problem with your Boost Controller. I had a bad electrical connection to mine. Cost me a motor.

how much of a difference would the test pipe make compared to a hi flow cat?
Berk quotes their high-flow cat to be 87% of a test pipe. They said the stock cat flows @ 43% of a test pipe. I don't know the actual measured flow.
I've got the Berk 2.5" high flow cat and it made a huge difference vs the stocker.

can emanage setup a Load Limiter like the EMS? I know the limiter has saved my motor at least 2-3 times due to loosening bolts, wastegate lines being cut, colder weather etc... If it doesnt, maybe setting up some sort of boost sensor that plugs into the ECU to cut out ignition or fuel... maybe something that ups the voltage on the knock sensor input to decrease timing, or just turn the car off, albeit crude, it would save alot of rebuilt motors from happening!

If it could do that, that would be a good idea. I know mine has saved me in the past.

However, I don't think the ULT can change the main rev limiter so I would have a hard time seeing it add in a secondary rev limiter. Who knows?

yes the ultimate can change your main rev limiter under the Rev Limiter Cut setting if the factory rev limiter is a fuel cut, won't work if it's an ignition cut.

You can set a safety for this overboosting situation as well. In the Airflow Adjustment Map you have RPM running along the top and pressure on the side. What we did for example, was at .90 kg/cm
