Dsddcd: Could you take more pics of the headgasket? I did not see the coolant passage sealant in those shots.. thanks!

There is a lock nut in the picture of the BOV. That nut on the adjuster locks it into place by tightening it down against the top of the BOV.
It doesn't need to be that tight, so don't go nuts and strip the threads off the adjuster...

I reviesed with a large shot. SCE does not offer a gasket with sealant yet, so KW copper coat will have to work

Thanks for the picture. Does that gasket have the ring insert? That appears to be just a regular Titan series one. I looked through their .pdf catalog and they did list an ICS with the sealant and such... just confused

nice build & pics
I have installed about 10 different inline pro kits, and this is what i would change if i we to install one on my car, i would have the manifold thermal coated ($90).
i would weld a vband to the turbo output and modify the downpipe (these are a pain in the ass to put on and the bolts either break or fall off over time.) these 2 simple changes will make the life of the kit last/look much beter. where the charge pipes go thru the openings in the inner fenders - cut them a little bigger, and slit a piece of hose and wrap around metal edge, have had several over time rub and put holes in the charge pipes. on passenger side with ac lines - becarefull to wrap them from rubbing - have had 2 rub holes in ac lines after a few years.
i would also extend the dump pipe, it is to short and in time will cover your tranny with black soot, and it is a real mess.

Is this what you were thinking of on the VBand?

If your going to do anything like that I would change the housing on the turbo to a v band but thats going to cost a few hundred.
Just run the ATP studs and copper coated locking nuts on the downpipe and you wont have a problem IMO. They only cost a dollar or two each also. I run them right now with zero problems.
Here's Some More
I painted the IC after much debate as I was worried about hindering the heat transfer potential. While painting I noticed something I didn't originally think of, there was almost no paint that penetrated deeper than about 1/2". So overall, I am very happy with the results
The pigtails for the injectors were all soldered on and if you are not able to solder you better but the clips b/c this is somewhat of a PIA.
I also got all the pistons sanded up to 320grit and called it good.
The Truboost is being removed for a AEM Serial gauge.
Also got the turbo torn down and ready for coating.
