The tuning is no different than how you tune a pre-MY06 S2000.

actually, there is a guy here running his setup off the emanage system on his 06. runs great and has been running for some time now. they are waiting for the aem to come out, but there is enough room to tune with the emanage at 7psi, not any higher though

Doesn't sound like the e-manage is any good if you can't boost past 7 psi.
