I really appreciate the input guys. I totally forgot to mention that its not a stock motor, but instead a 9:1 comp 2 3 stroker. I wouldnt think that would throw any codes but as always I could be wrong
I totally forgot about the air pump delete and I actually made a post in the thread for them a couple days ago
. I have already planned to buy one...
I am hoping I can just borrow a set of smaller Honda injectors and use them in my obd1 clips, as I have already sold my oem injectors and the clips are floating somewhere in limbo lol. I would hope a code wouldnt show up from using different injectors than the stock ones, as long as they arent big enough to flood the hell out of the motor

You'll need to get the stock Ecu up and running, which with all the mods you have just isn't going to happen.
Its all total crap IMO, the cars today even the ones we modify really don't kick out any real bad stuff. Most of the cars these days are so clean. This stuff drives me crazy, use our tax money for somthing else like building roads. Good luck I am going to have to do the same next year.
there are waivers you can get if your car cannot pass. If you can show you have spent $200 to try to "fix" the problem (receipt showing labor at a shop) you will be allowed to get a waiver and pass no matter what is "wrong" with your car.

The problem with just hooking up the factory ECU and towing it to the station is you still won't pass. You need about 100 miles of driving before the ECU decides you pass or not. It's the ECU that make it pass or fail these days.
A buddy of mine lives in a rural area. I suggested he set up a business selling "virtual garage space" to people so, they can report their car as principally parked at his house and get the exemption. I think you could make a couple hundred a month doing absolutely nothing.
Haha I do somewhat agree that it is unneccessary as hell how the state feels the need to bend everyone over with this inspection shit. Its just a racket to make them $ to use on bs
. However, WTF is this you say about waivers?! Who would I need to report these waivers to?

Don't know about NC, but in NY you only get a waiver IF:
--your car has all the original pollution equipment still on the car.
--You spent $___ trying to fix the problem found during the pollution check.
Since you don't have any of your original pollution eq't. on the car, you might be in for a tough time..
