IP stage 2 progress and help thread
Well after a couple years of owning my MY00 now with 59k miles, I figured it'd be a good time to go turbo. I purchased an InlinePRO stage 2 turbo kit. This is my first car that I will be turbo'ing so I will need some help along the way.
The parts list so far includes(nothing is installed yet as of posting this):
Precision 6765 .81A/R Billet T4 turbo
ID2000 injectors
Full Blown dual Walbro pump hanger
E85
InlinePRO fuel rail
8AN fuel lines
InlinePRO 3" exhaust
InlinePRO 1200hp intercooler
Hondata 4 bar MAP sensor
AEM 1052 EMS
Innovate LC-1 wideband
AEM boost solenoid
ARP exhaust manifold studs
Mase tune on June 25 and 26
Haven't decided on which FPR yet.

I test fitted the manifold today. I had to take off the oil filter to get it on so I will need to remove the oil cooler to make it fit. It looks like a very snug fit. Can anyone confirm that everything will fit after I remove the oil cooler or will I need to purchase a relocation kit?

The next thing that caught my attention was after I tried to match the turbo flange to the turbo. The compressor housing hits the rail that the stock airbox would mount on and AC line. I'm new to turbos so don't laugh if this sounds stupid. Am I able to take off the bolts holding the housing on and twist it so I can angle it differently? The pictures off of IP's website look like they did that.

Any plans to build the motor? That turbo is huge!

Dont forget to change the old 2 hole oil squirters to the new 4 hole squirters for the pistons.
Make sure to get the oil feed on the turbo at exactly 12 o'clock and then you can loosen the turbine and compressor housings and turn them to where they need to be.
You are definitely going to have to get a filter relocation kit with the manifold. Go with Ultimate Racing's kit since it comes with -8 or 1/2" ID lines. IP uses -10 lines and I think thats too big and will lower your oil pressure.

That's awesome man, almost the exact same kit (except the turbo) that I'm putting together...keep us updated with the build progress!!!
edit: now that I look at the pics of your mani, mine has a few differences. The flange, some of the runners and the wastegate provision are a bit different...hmm, I guess IP changed it up a little. Here's a pic of mine...
