I was able to retain the headlight supports, but I had to cut the shit out them to get that pipe to fit properly.

Dont forget to change the old 2 hole oil squirters to the new 4 hole squirters for the pistons.
Is this only for AP1 motors? Or all stock motors? Would built motors need the oil squirters added? Sorry if dumb question, but tuning thursday with similar set-up and want it running perfect!

By the amount of shit I had cut out of my headlight brackets I just decided to remove them and see how it was without them and they were fine so I never put them back in.

It only applies to the 00-01 AP1's and the early 02 AP1's. Yours has the new 4 hole squirters since its an 05 so no need to worry.

Wow, I am really out of it. By the headlight supports, you mean these guys that I already removed right? I was taking the headlight out today scratching my head lol. I thought you meant something right behind the headlight.

I was looking at the piping more today and I would have to really twist it and the angle of the pipe wouldn't match the throttle body to make the BOV flange fit like in there picture. I'm pretty sure that it was put in the wrong location which really really bothers me. I emailed Tom on Monday and he hasn't replied. I will call him tomorrow and speak to him about it.

Do you guys agree that the flange was put in the wrong location?

On a side note, I got my hard lines yesterday from my buddy who had a turbo s2000 too. SPECIAL-OPS-S2K's old parts. 8AN feed and 8AN return.

Good news. I talked to Tom today and he is sending me a new pipe today with a check to pay for sending the one I currently have back to him.

Hopefully the issue will be resolved with the new pipe.
