I messed with it for a bit. I may be missing something, but I'm pretty sure that this is how its gonna fit.

List of issues during the whole build. Sorry if it sounds like I'm ranting.

1. Received my first intercooler from IP with smashed in inlets. I sent it back.

2. Received a different turbo from IP than I thought I was gonna receive. I sent it back.

3. Received my second intercooler from IP with smashed in inlets again. I sent it back a second time.

4. Found out that my $5,000 dollar turbo kit came with worm drive hose clamps and not t-bolts.

5. Found out that my chargepipe had the BOV flange welded into the wrong spot. I received a new one from IP.

6. Found that that IP wanted me to cut my frame to make the intercooler fit. I modified the intercooler instead.

7. Found out that I have to remove the air pump. IP includes a close up of the EGR (air recirc valve) block off plate installed in one of their install pics but the plate is not included in the kit. I had to buy one from PuddyDad which I had to modify when I received. The holes for the mounting studs weren't drilled wide enough so it wasn't a hard fix.

8. Found out that I received 06+ ID2000 injectors instead of 00-05 injectors from T1racedevelopment.

9. The package with the correct tops from T1racedevelopment was torn when I received it and missing half of the parts.

10. The second package from T1racedevelopment is missing a washer. I'll go to Lowes to see if I can find the correct size.

11. Found out my Full Blown dual pump hanger wont bolt up to the tank correctly because the holes weren't drilled correctly.

Well, I figured that I'd try to change the tops over to the correct gold tops. This is what I started with.

I took off the bracket that holds the top on.

I took the top off.

And now I'm lost. I emailed Tony so I hope I get a response soon. Does anyone know the assembly order and where each goes?

Make sure you orientate the hanger to match the OEM hanger when you install it or it wont fit correctly. The holes are matched to the OEM holes so you have to get it put in just like the OEM hanger so it will fit. Thats probably your problem. When I installed mine, the FB hanger has, if I remember correctly, 3 smaller holes and the rubber seal from the OEM hanger goes onto the new hanger there. When you have the FB hanger in correctly, the FULL BLOWN etched in name will actually read towards the drivers side of the car.

That grey washer goes on the tip side towards the intake manifold and the then rubber cushion goes on. The regular washer goes under the fuel rail bolts that hold the rail on. Its to raise the rail up just a little bit.

One thing though, your tips on your injectors look much different than mine and look larger. It also looks like you have another oring there that I dont know about.

Okay. That explains why I only received 3 of the zinc washers lol. I was wondering why they were there in the first place and now I feel stupid. I was just used to everything being wrong and had the wrong attitude with it.

I think I have it figured out now. So for the bottom section, it goes in this order from top to bottom. grey/slotted washer, new thick o-ring to push up against the grey/slotted washer. I'll verify this with Tony.
