Default Better way to run catch can lines?

Whats the better way to run lines for the catch can and reduce crank case pressure?

1. pcv to catch can to intake manifold.

2. pvc to catch can to crank case breather and cap port on intake manifold.

Don't use a PCV valve at all and port the two openings on the valvecover to your catch can.
