Congrats on the nice numbers. But running the stock cat with an FI set up is asking for trouble. It will eventually (sooner then later) melt down due to the added heat, and when that happens it will create an obstruction in your exhaust system, when that happens your motor cant expel the gasses and your EGT will go through the roof risking motor melt down. Is there a standard routine that folks go through with their emissions check? I'm in MD .... just wondering what people do when they go test pipe and have to run emissions every 2 years?

No way! I've never heard of this. They don't do visual inspection as far as I've seen .... Will definitely look into this.
They come in a package of two. You will need to drill one out and use two of them. Screw into test pipe and install O2 sensor. Clear your codes and you will not get any cel. It's quick and easy.
