We are both using the Church to tune the car. I have the Gram fuel pump and 1000cc injectors. Im installing 1300 ID injectors and a Walboro 450 fuel pump. Going to run E85. I am hopefull to have the car back in for tuning on Thursday or Friday.

Unfortunately I still cant find a 95MM pulley. Kraftwerks is out of stock.

Yeah looking at the dyno shape id say it hit a premature rev limiter, not just run out of fuel. The tuner may have seen that it was running lean after a few passes and decided to set the rev limit before then, but thats only speculation based on the graph and an educated guess. What did your tuner tell you? He would be the guy to talk to, not us. We can only grab at straws.

The returnless fuel system on the MY 06+ is a problem when you start getting somewhere north of 400whp, so that may have something to do with the supposed fuel starvation your tuner may have had to address.

And to echo what some others have said, the Grams fuel pump sucks. A FB340 or less expensive AEM320 is a much better and reliable choice .

Any chance anyone has a 95mm pulley they would sell? I have an AP1 and Kraftwerks does not have them in stock for 60+ days. I have a 100mm on the car and a new 90 mm but the car will boost to much on the 90. need a 95mm Cog pulley.

Thanks.

I would say contact John @ LHT Performance in FL, Kraftwerks kits is all they do so I'm sure they have plenty of extra parts in stock. (727) 344-1800 is the shop number. They've also stumbled upon the fuel pump issue before which is why they only use Walbro pumps.

Here is a video of that at the 4:00 minute mark:

Hope that helps!

Tuned last night at Chruch with Daniel. Running E85 (closer to E70). Made 471 HP and 266 Torque at 13.5 pounds on stock exhaust (quiet). Very happy with the way the car feels.

That’s with the ID1300 and Walbro 450? I’m going back in a few months with my same ID1000 and a Walbro 255 hoping to make similar numbers.
