Make sure the chassis ground wires are all connected. There's a sneaky one behind the motor that may not be connected.

Yeah I asked them to check those, I can't do much being an hour and a half away. I'm not there so can't see what's going on.

Roll it off maybe starter hung and they can have some.one tap the starter with a hammer as they try to.start it brushes mite be stuck

Or jump power across starter solenoid with long screw driver maybe it went out
