Not to jack the thread, just trying to help a brotha:

here is how I mounted mine:

I bought a piece of aluminum from Lowe's, it's 1/4" thick, about an inch wide, and about 3ft long. Cost like $15. Maybe more, but you can find any piece of flat metal, preferably in 3/8" thickness. Then just trace an outline of your stock MAP on it, and go to work with a dremel, or a bandsaw. Or if you like blisters, with a hacksaw and a file.

Then find a 1/4" NPT thread tap, and make the tread. Then also buy a male/female 1/4" NPT 90* brass elbow. McMaster has it, http://www.mcmaster.com/#50785k43/=4e6r6t.
You can get this at a local hardware store.

Then, a little Teflon tape, and you're golden.

You have a ball bearing Precision turbo or journal bearing. If its a ball bearing, look at close to the same amount as a new turbo to fix it. If its a journal bearing turbo, a few hundred buck will fix it.

I've always used journal bearing turbo's with no problems. Maybe your drain isn't draining well. That will cause it to ruin seals.
