What stopped them from being used, maybe can't handle high revs? A T56 is much more affordable and easier to come by.

Im building a faceplated t56 my self full custom bell houseing custom clutch splines and trans mount it will hold the rpm and power with no problems and is about half the cost of the v160 swap
