With any "kit" you can expect some hickups. If you can't turn a wrench and you don't have a rudamentry knowledge of tuning, then stick with a SC.
Well said.

Some are fine, but not to the extent I have seen with the Lovefab kits. I think it's funny how everyone here has said that the Lovefab is "custom", it's not. It's been designed and they have jigs made for all the piping. A custom kit is one that is fabbed on the car and then that's it, no others are made in that same fashion. If you call a Lovefab kit custom then you have to call Inline, UR, and Rev-Hard custom because everone of them is differant from the others.

The problem I see happening here, in my opinion, is that the quality of the craftsmanship is slipping...probably from the fact that there are so many people waiting for kits that they are rushing them out the door. I can feel for that, having been a machinist I know how much time fabrication work takes and how little time there is in a day. I just hope that it gets fixed before to many people end up having the same problems that I have run into.

I have to say that there are very few vendors that I have time and patience for but LoveFab is at the top of the list. And that's all down to attitude.

Look at the post above. He accepts the problems and tells you what he is doing to rectify them.

I expect eventually he'll have the whole process down pat and plenty of workers churning out loads of systems. And questions will be answered by minions. Cody will be too busy to deal with customers direct. We'll all look back on these days fondly.

All I can say is both Scorpion and the car Rick's working on look damn good with a the big fat turbo sitting in it! But the problems... This is one reason that i'm leaning more towards the supercharger. I've heard people are always having issues... I will hopefully have made my decision by the end of the year because that's when I plan to purchase. Let me just say 100 's to Rick and Todd's work at 2NRWerks... Also may I add why aren't these kits just made to fit immediatly anyways? Aren't these made for our cars?

I had to move a few things here and there and make some brackets but nothing that took hours to do or cost a lot of money! I did the whole install myself with out instructions, and am not a mechanic or gear head by any means. I did my turbo install as a winter project knowing that nothing would come easy and that it would take a lot of time and effort. My car is on jack stands right now! I had a bad vibration, my fault not Cody's, and it took its tole on some of the welds. Cody offered to pay for shipping and fix all of the welds but since it was my install I took care of that. Cody is a busy man, trying to please all of us and have some what of a life for himself. I was just at his house a week and a half ago and he is still not unpacked yet from the move but he is out in the shop welding up your parts! He is going to work on the 4" down pipe fit from what I know, he took a look at mine when I was there.

Upon further reflection (and some new experiences with new fabrication products this evening), since my last post, all of the charge piping is being re-done using Vband(aka Wiggins clamps) clamps. The throttle body and charge piping will be the only places with silicon couplers, and those will be changed to hump hoses.
If anyone wants this swap done, please let me know. There will be additional costs, and Ill need your original charge piping back for refitment(and the price of the kit will jump a little bit), but the fitment will be exact and so damn simple that if you cant figure it out, you must have a hard time changing oil.

Im spent, long day of welding. Please PM me reguarding any swap desires, etc.

Wow, sounds like a great guy is behind this company. A big plus when it comes to making purchases. It's nice to see that a few mishaps on fitment have been corrected. That's very assuring as a possible customer. Anyways, keep up the hard work!
