You can pick/choose the FMIC or the Vmount for the same price. We will actually be upgrading the intercooler for the BASE KIT because, well, we are dealing with Honda's flagship model here, and we do NOT want to use mediocre parts(the base IC is definately mediocre).
SO, this is what allows us to pick or choose the Vmount or FMIC.

As for AC, you have to remount the AC condenser, which we have NOT made provisions for, AND because of this, you will have to use custom AC lines, which we want nothing to do with.
The Vmount systems are generally for "race cars" as thats where the real benefit is seen, in ultra high performance cars. Ive never heard of a "race car" with AC, except for rally cars of course. Anything can be done, it all depends on the $ and knowledge of AC systems(which we admittingly lack).
