Because of the R34 swap, I doubt its "legal". It might have been with its original motor, though...

The R34 RB26DETT I do not believe was EVER legal (smog-wise) in the US.

But I could be wrong...

What is that white car? Widebody Datsun/Nissan 240 is my guess...
