im surprised s2000s with stock drivetrains (no 3mm headgasket, no low compression pistons, no reinforced differential) can handle so much hp and tq.

Thanks Nick, really though I should be complementing you on the great welds that are on the kit. It is unfortunate that I covered them up with the shielding, but I wanted to be sure it would be safe. Really I love the kit as it met the requirements I wanted when I was going to try and build my own. Now I just need to get things organized on my end and fly Mase out for a tune. I sent you a PM i have a question.

which isn't a good comparison to legit tracking.

be curious if anyone has done legit track days with this and seeing how well it held up... in terms of oil temps, water temps, etc.

I'm in Vegas, so 110 degree weather is normal, so... cooling is a very immediate concern.

where is the best spot to have my oil pan tapped and welded?

Check out pg4 "oil return line...inline pro" it has pics of my oil pan Nick at Mase Eng. did on my oil pan.
