riceball777, thanks for the pics. How many millimeters did you shave off of the bolt? How much clearance do you have currently?

i shaved it down enough so that it does not touch. The bottom half of the bolt is almost flat. when i shaine a light from the bottom i can now barely see light between the manifold and the tct bolt.

i also recoment you run double gaskets so it will space the manifold out a little

id pull the mani off and give it a healthy dose of some heat in the area where it touches then whap it with a round ball peen hammer. a tiny divot will not effect your flow and is alot better than shaving down bolts and 2 gaskets.
