Default Might be lean

I recently bought an s2k thats turbo'd with a .70 garrett. Greddy bov, tial wastegate, 3" injen exhaust, full-race manifold, fmic, and im missing a couple more.

But its tuned with aem ems I think version 1. I think its running lean though, the air/fuel ratio at idle is around 14, which is said to be normal. When driving at a constant cruise its around 16. but when I let off the gas it says 'lean'. This is my first turbo'd car and i'm just trying to take in as much information. Should I get a re-tune? Problem is the local shop is saying 477$ for a re-tune which seems crazy.

Thanks for any advice!!

Idle at 14.7 is normal. At constant speed should be fluctuating around 14-15. Let off gas should read lean.

WOT is around 12 give or take.

Is it still okay that cruising speed is around 16 or is that to lean? Basically should I be concerned.

Thanks for the help, I look forward to the new S2k World
