I have a 2005 S2K with a Vortech Supercharger. I love the setup but after having the blower on for only 1 month i am already feeling the need for more boost. What do i need to do if i want to upgrade to a bigger boost pulley? What do i need to change? Headgasket? Fuel injectors? I am already going to buy an AEM EMS because i know i am going to need it. Any help would be appreciated.

 

first of all get the AEM EMS, get some 550cc injectors, get a 4.0 or 4.5 in pulley and you should be good to go, hope you upgraded your clutch before u put the charger on

 

A 3mm headgasket will throw off the mounting locations of the SC main mounting locations.

 

i see you have a 5th auxillary injector. what size is it? what size are the main injectors? and what engine management are you running right now, if you are using the emanage then you dont need the EMS.

Emanage Ultimate
Boomslang harness
Rc 550 injectors
4.4" pulley(10psi)

Hopefully I'll have it done by next wednesday.
