Well I was going to start on this sooner than later, but stupid Fedex won't deliver the package w/o a signature....

Guess what I work everyday, I don't have the luxury of sitting around waiting for you all to sign a package.

Asked for a re-route to my job, and they said it should be there in the next WEEK, I work 8mins from my house.

omg, I want to kill someone.

I think his point was that it's a waste of wire and time to run the ground up to the front of the car when it will work just as well to ground it to the body in the trunk. Actually, I'd bet it would be worse (marginally) to ground it to the block. The longer a length of wire is, the more resistance it will have.

FYI, the power wire is yel/grn or grn/yel. One of those two combo's. Can't remember which one but you can't get it confused with any of the other wires. I think the level sensor wire is yel/black or something. The other two are both black.

Nope. I'm not trying to start a argument. The ohms per foot will be lower through a copper conductor. The block is supposed to be the reference point on a proper ground system. Everything else should be off the block in a star topology. (Master control systems electrician, but not that it matters.)

It will work ok with it grounded to the chassis though. Just saying.

Yes, that was my point. It's a waste of wire and typically anything longer than a 12" wire ground from the source is not a good thing for the current flow. It's the same thing as an audio system, you dont want a ground from an amplifier to go all the way back up to the battery or this could cause unwanted noise and bad current flow. That's why no more than a 12" wire ground from the source is suggested in car audio.

One thing I noticed, you have it labeled terminal 87....there is also a terminal 87a?

Does one of the terminals not get used?

Just clarifying.

Thanks again.

Whatever it will make, lol.

I'll stop when I run out of pump.

Meaning I'll shoot for 600-700.

600whp on pump+meth
600whp+ on 110 +meth

We shall see.

*meth = 50/50 mix
