mine was leaking i found even after re-torquing them to spec. put a thin ring of copper rtv around the "housing plate" as well as the bolt holes and it will seal it right up

if its a precision i'd just remove the compressor instead of rotating it. I ended up messing up the oring around it and had to buy a new one. $3 part but a pita none the less when i rotated mine after getting it back from precision

Good point. If you're going to rotate the housing, be sure the bolts are loose enough to allow the the housing to rotate freely.
