It's been a while since I've researched it, however here is what I can easily remember in the 500whp+ club.

blues2k3 - well over 700whp
jdmkid35 - 704whp
Alex - 618whp (not on S2Ki)
John @ Inline Pro - 558whp
OGPackin - 520ish
fperra - 510ish
bigpurp - 500+whp

Right of the top of my head - that is what I can easily remember. Cody, if I am not mistaken last put down 478whp.

In regards to rear tires. John is using Mickey Thompson E.T. Street Radials 255/50/16 on the AP1 Wheels.

LOL, well maybe there is such a thing as too much power (700whp would be too much for me I think)

Ok, so if I don't do internals you still recommend a bigger Radiator and thermastat? I will add that to my list. Gosh I love this place, oh I am also doing Krankvents.

SilvCF2k - are you needing a basic list of items needed to be able to clear 500whp, safely?

I would recommend it.... It doesnt hurt to keep your engine cooler.. I would also recommend a vented hood to release all the extra heat the turbo makes...
