too much...uhh, it really depends on what your goals are and purpose. If you are utlizing the car for street and strip then optimum would be 550rwhp. After that you are running into some serious headaches. With just 480rwhp the car can run in the 10s with DOT tires. Of course, it takes some seat time at the track. But with that range the car remains very streetable. Once you pass certain limits the car becomes too scary to drive. It is not fun anymore. You can never floor the throttle and get on it. Traction/suspension becomes your worst nightmare. Rather than focus on power, keeping the car straight becomes the concern. Not to forget about your wallet. That is also a concern. However, do some research and talk to a few people. The graph below is far from complete, but took a long time to get there. Good Luck...
Wow blues2k3, that is truely amazing. I do want to keep my car very streetable. I would like to take it to the track (not drag) and just take it out on nice sunny days.
