I agree that a vented hood would be beneficial, but I don't want my car to look modded at all.

Thx you guys for all the help so far. My setup is going to be a Inlinepro kit, EMS, GT35R, 3mm or 2mm HG (not sure which one yet), 1000cc injectors, dual walbro fuel pump, Ironman clutch.
Im on pretty much same setup including the ironman, except I have an inline pro built motor.

Already planning on a MG siebon hood. Are those functional vents on that hood.

Black Nugget, as much as it hurts my pride to say yes.... yes. I am a very frequent onlooker of the forced induction forum and that is how I have been educating myself on the turbo s2000. A list of items would be great. I will run down the list of what I am doing when I return home from deployment.

I have a 00' with 70,000 miles on it

I am doing a leakdown and compression test first
Inlinepro kit w/ GT 35R
3 or 2MM HG
AEM EMS with Uego
1000CC injectors
ball bearing coolant lines
inlinePRO Billet Oil Filter Relocation Kit
Krankvents
Water injection system

That is my list so far. Please feel free to add whatever you like. What does the 3-bar map sensor, injector clip set, fuel rail adapter do for you?

the stock map sensor is only good to ~11psi; after market injectors have different plugs;

I would be careful putting a 3mm HG on it.. I heard that it pulles the belts and Time chains to much and mite break them.. are you putting a intercooler? how about a Oil Cooler? I am sure that comes with the Inline kit thu

are you going to use Race gas? or some other kind of FUEL??

Again, some of the things that both others and myself might add for you can not be considered 'vital'. However, once you are aiming for 400-500whp... why not take care of all the possibilities.

AEM 3.5 Bar Map Sensor
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
Exhaust
Precision 1000cc Injectors with Clips
Fuel Rail Spacers
T-Bolt Clamps
Koyo Radiator
FAL Fans
Clutch/Flywheel/Pressure Plate
NGK 6097 Copper Spark Plugs

The mix of the Koyo Radiator and FAL Fans should take care of any cooling issues that you may incur.

In regards to the head gasket. There have been quite a fair number of complains on the Cometic 2mm Head Gasket, personally I would lean towards the Inline Pro 3mm Gasket. It's their own design that has been tested and proven!

That is what I can think of off the top of my head - I may get back to you over time with additional items!

Thx black nugget and everyone else! I can't even begin to tell you how helpful this will be for me. How much do you think this is going to run me now lol. I am trying to stay under 10,000 but we will see how that works. Please keep this thread rolling with whatever adivce anyone can come up with. This will for sure be printed out and put in my suitcase to save for when I get home.
