You should have no problem reaching your goals with ~$10k.

If I was shooting for 800 I would buy an NSX.

You feel that you never have enough HP, but in reality it comes down to traction. If you can't get traction until highway speeds then its pretty much useless, but if you can put the power to the ground then its time for more.

IMHO: With good tires, say a nice set of 255's, you can street 450-500 without much of a problem as long as YOU know how to drive(though if you really punch it you can spin them at 40-45mph ). You have to understand that the torque curve will play a big part on drive-ability.
For price, i would say 8-10K is about right after some cooling/misc mods.

To make me feel better, I bought a wide body so I could fit x10inch wide wheels(not just to be a baller lol). I figured my 2.2 build(oops shouldn't have let that one out ) will be making 550-650 range before NOS, and I wanted to still use my first 3 gears. Though as suggested, I could just start in 4th lol

haha nice cpoz. Right now on the rear, if I remember correctly, I have 245/55 R16. I could email my roommate and ask him to confirm that. How wide of tires can I run on AP1 rims?

I will check out that group buy thing right now. Could someone shoot the link in here to it? Thanks for everything you guys.

Too much power is in the eye of the beholder. There are many people on the boards who believe that the stock S2000 is plenty of power, there are some who think that a basic supercharger is plenty of power, then there are us!

I would be careful putting a 3mm HG on it.. I heard that it pulles the belts and Time chains to much and mite break them.. are you putting a intercooler? how about a Oil Cooler? I am sure that comes with the Inline kit thu

are you going to use Race gas? or some other kind of FUEL??
I was going to have maps made for race gas and 93 octane
