I think we all should know that no turbo kit perfect, if you want bolt on go get SC. I dont care who makes the turbo kit. Turbo kit, too much heat, too many piping, just too many to list.

I love the placebo effect of what people have paid for and have no qualms passing it off as a natural thing.

Remember, this is a $7.5K kit, not any less. For that sort of money, you will expect if not demand perfect welding. Try an Amuse pipe or ARC product for size. They didn't perfect their welding by overinflating prices and delivering substandard rubbish.

Don't complain how hard it is to do something (If the consumer needs to fix or repair your product, you might as well not sell it.) or how impossible it is to manage a business one-man show. If he needed help, he should've hired. If he decided to save every cent as a business owner, he knows he has to do everything for all the money going into his bank. When he cannot deliver on deadline, he'd dropped his standards and deliver something regardless. This is when shit happens.

I cannot comprehend the support he gets, you like the guy but you hate his work. You defend him before you feel he's being shot left/right with no justification. Ironically, facts show for themselves why this product isn't worth the type of money paid regardless of what type of magical power figure it pulls.

If JDM or large reputable tuners did the same, lawsuits will be flying fast and hard. Why lower your standards when you work hard to pay for this product? This is almost getting lame.

This thread is nuts. For a first kit, you'd think someone would make damn sure that it'd be the best it could be. I have my own detailing/paint restoring business and my first few customers I basically gave them a brand new car for next to nothing just so I could get my name out there and get some good before/after pictures.

Despite the Dubai problem, those welds and cracks are not acceptable. Yes, they were replaced which is great, but for that much money I'd make sure there was no room for error if it was my business. I'm sure his future clients will be much happier than those who have had problems in the past because hopefully Cody will be taking things more seriously, or get some help if it's too much work (this is very understandable, as I cannot keep up with the amount of clients I have on my own so I'm starting to get help). I think this thread was needed to rectify the problem, and I applaud Jakup for having the courage to post all of this.

Even though I bought used, I'm glad I went InlinePRO.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to weld aluminum and do it good? Is that little bit of slag going to hurt the air flow? Maybe a little, but I highly doubt it would be over a 1 whp difference. Are you going to be showing people the insides of your tubes?
Do you have any idea how much harder it is to weld Titanium? I'd take of my amuse and show you how much better the welds are but, I know they are so why waste my time?

Wow, just wow! I guess that is just another reason why I'm going to send my business to Inline soon. Nice info.
InlinePRO has a couple of issues here and there, but nothing of this magnitude.

PM me for comments.

Not true, titanium welds similarly to steel. It's just that it needs to put into a chamber with inert gas to be welded.

I love how everyone is bashing Cody now as if LoveFab is the only company whose turbo kits have problems. I know first hand that ALL of the companies that offer turbo kits for our cars have some type of problems and kinks that need to be worked out. This happens to be an extreme case with Jakub, but it was also the first kit out there. How do I know all this? Well, the metro area has just about every kit out there and the local guys aren't some morons that sit behind computers and just say my so and so kit is the best, I run 300psi and never have any problems, and it drives like stock, yada yada... we have all had problems with our cars in one way or another, and guess what, they are all from different companies so to think that lovefab's products are the only ones where some fab work or headaches are involved is very far from the truth, and if you think you will buy another kit that will be 100% without issues during the install and the beginning stages then you are just kidding yourself. Stay stock or go with a SC'er and stock boost. I can only speak from experience, and this is what I have seen first hand, not what I read on a car forum.
