In short, KW replaced the hub bolt and adapter, sent out all new pulleys, new belt, and a new bottle of oil. The blower was inspected and found that nothing was seized so the original blower was then reused and not replaced.

Lmao, J. No I did not, but a little piece of my heart did that day.

No sir, no real updates to give. Besides the few hiccups that I've had with the kit that have been addressed and corrected, things have been running smoothly since.

Knock on wood.

I'm at 1000 miles roughly, in the first month and half. Everything has been solid.

I'm not really sure how many miles it has been. I would say less than 1,000 though since it's not my daily driver and now it's basically put away for the season unless we get a nice day here and there where I can take it out.

Just to give some hope to u guys ... I did a 3000 mile road trip last week... I'm at like 15 k on the kit and 235k on the original engine ..From New York to boca raton to savanaha Georgia to the dragon and to Atlantic city and back home .. Only hiccup was the grams fuel pump was goin on me on my way down to boca .. When the car got to a little more than half a tank full it would bogg and eventually it died on me ..so got off in Georgia and picked up a airtex 2442 ? I think .from advanced auto . Supposed to be a walbro 255 boxed under different name as I read on another forum ... So kept the tank full every hour till I got to boca and Dident have any bogging issues .. Next day changed the fuel pump in the parking lot of the hotel .. The connectors were different so I had to solder the wires directly to the pins on the fuel pump ..then soaked it with liquid tape .. I still bogg on hard turns but I can run my gas down now .. I need to get a oem fuel filter and put that on the new pump and should hopefully cure the bogging .. [attachment=89018::]
