I promise you...even a bolt-on supercharged S2000 will eat a F20/F22C with just cams alive and spit it out and still have enough of a time difference to gnaw at the bone.

With your budget I second the greddy kit.

kind of stupid question here... but if i get the greddy turbo would i be able to install myself (since it is pretuned)? I have experience in exhaust head gaskets and some of the easier stuff...

Exhaust gaskets or head gaskets? There's a world of difference.

Ahh scrap that. The simple fact that you said 'exhaust head gaskets' means the answer is no.
