New GReddy PROfec Electronic Boost Controller
Hey I just got rid of my manual boost controller and bought the new greddy profec.
I already installed it in the car, but I have no idea where to find a hot wire to power the damn thing.
Can anyone help me with this?

In the fuse box under the steering wheel by your left knee... there are three empty spade terminals running down the left-hand side of the fuse box. One of them is constant power, one of them is switched/ignition power, and one of them is park light power (powered when lights are on). You want to run your power lead from the switched/ignition power one to power your gauge.
Use a fuse tester or volt meter to find the one that is off when the key is turned to off, but on when they key is turned to on.

I tried to act like i know what im doing, and i get what you're saying, but i don't want to get down there and start cutting wires. That makes me nervous. Anyone know any threads to help this situation?
What CoolGuy is telling you does not require any cutting wires at the fuse box. Re-read what he wrote. There are 3 open male spade terminals in the fuse box under the dash (drivers side). Just put a female spade connector on the wire you need power to and plug it into the fuse box
Here is a diagram that I made to help someone wire up their supercharger aftercooler water pump.
Look at the green writing/arrow pointing to the picture of the fuse panel under the steering wheel. Ignore everything else in the picture, lol. The green arrow points to the spade terminal you want to use to power your gauge. It is the bottom one in a row of three identical looking connectors. That bottom connector is switched power, which means it will feed power to your gauge when the ignition key is turned on, and will kill power to the gauge when you turn the key to off.
