I would unhook the fmic put the orginial angle tube back on from the sc to the throttle body ( assuming you don't have a aftercooler ) and then check your boost

Did you rebuild yours already? My bearings are loud and the more I listen to it the more I think they're on tehir way out and gettng loud. What bearings silenced the blower for you?
surprisingly i have the original designed kit and the original bearings. quiet as hell, not like those marble in a can sounds like the more recent ones have. bearings aren't my problems, it's leaking oil/boost. i subscribe to the "if it ain't broke don't fix it" philosophy so i'd just like to do the seals. if i could get an assembly diagram i could better ascertain the required parts. looks like the rebuild kit's cost was mostly ate up by the bearings, so if i could just do a re-seal that's be great.

yeah, how much was the rebuild? source?

was it a complete rebuild?

with mine the bearings are quiet as hell, can i just have the seals replaced? i cannot locate an illustrated parts breakdown of the supercharger/internals, don't suppose anybody has this?
i just did my rebuild, and it's still open. the blower will be apart until tomorrow. if you really need pics of something or have a question i can probably answer it

hey nightcrawler7188,

if you can, that would be great if you could post the basic disassembly procedure/pics and torques that'd be helpful. i just want to re-seal the thing, bearings are fine...
