1. ARP, FB or Stock Bolts?
a) If ARP or FB, what torque spec?
b) If ARP or FB, what assembly lube?
c) If ARP or FB, was factory torque sequence followed?
d) If ARP or FB, specify torquing method. Was it re-torqued? What about installation sequence? (example> 33lbs, 66lbs, 95lbs)
2. Boost pressure in (psig) at failure?

ARP
Moly lube
Sequence followed by Helms
Screwed into block and slightly tightened with Allen wrench to maybe 5 ft lbs. sprayed stock HG with 3 layers of copper spray. Once head was on I applied moly lube to bolt threads and both sides of washers. Torqued to 15, 30, 60, 90 ft lbs. never retorqued. This lasted at 18 psi 565whp for 1.5 years with countless beatings and 7500 miles without any issue. I then tuned it to 28 psi and I lifted the head.
Last week I installed a new HG without copper spray, same lube process except used ARP ultra torque after watching the video and now all seems okay for now.
