Default arp studs or oem bolts for built motor?

I have the full set of oem bolts still, but am curious if I should just spend the 130ish dollars on arp's.

The block is out at laskey getting the full 9:1 job and the head has been built for about a year now waiting to get the block finished. I am obviously going with a stock sized HG so should I just go with the arp's or stick with the used oem bolts??

Definitely ARP studs and I'm sure Mike Laskey will tell you the same.

Not if they are torqued correctly in 3 steps, to the correct final torque and with the supplied ARP molylube. They wont stretch like the OEM bolts will under big boost, possibly lifting the head.

I'd think if you have the motor apart, swap the bolts.

On a stock motor, I wouldn't worry about it.
