Official forced induction chat thread
I was looking at that one and the pfab kit, but ive been looking at TerminatioN's build thread and I like his manifold. I see hes using a GT3076R. I was curious if there is cheaper alternative, perhaps with journal bearings? What would an equivalent borg warner be? What do you guys think about turbonetics turbos (not the kit, just the turbo)?
Also TerminatioN, are you running open WG? Kinda hard to see where the dump tube is ran in your build thread.

The GT3076 is the perfect street turbo, makes good power and spools fast. The Borg 7670 would be their GT30 equivalent. I'd contact forum member Scorpion T if you're interested in one. Pang from Pfab can make your kit with that turbo if you tell him that's what you want.

No problem; thanks dude. I think my OEM mounts are toast and have been for a while. I don't know if I can justify nearly 2x the price for the billet aluminum versions out there, even though they look majorly bad ass.
lol
I have found that in instances where one or both of the rear tires loses traction is where stiffer mounts become beneficial. It "feels" like there is less drivetrain slop.

Well this escalated quickly... Ordered Friday afternoon, arrived Monday morning. Can't beat that for free shipping! Should have them installed tonight.
