Assuming you are pre 2006 and have a stock return setup then you are halfway there already lol.
Hardwire/ relay walbro 450(amazing pump)
Fuel pressure regulator bump base to 55psi
ID 1300's awesome and made for e85 2k's cost more and are finicky (moddiction pm him gave me a great deal)
Stock rail/lines is fine
All you need is those 3 things and wire up the pump.
I ran this same setup and hit 603whp on 19psi using a aero 340 I was only about 82% duty. I could have made more but the aero is internal bypassed at 80psi so I had to be carefull. With the 450 you won't have that limit. So you can turn up that boost and hit your 700 hp goal if you wanted.
Good tuner
I suggest IMW Derek or John are great there is also evans that does great work.
Pics of my hooptie from the WNY Hondatech meet.
Nice to see you can make those numbers with a single pump and id1300s. I really wanted to run the 1300s :/
I don't know why evans told you not to run the 1300cc injector. He told me it would be fine but increase base. By increasing the base to 55-60 it effectively makes the 1300cc flow about 1600cc. The 1300s are awesome and I could have made much more power on them. People forget about raising the base to maximize the efficiency of the injectors. You just gotta be mindful and remember 1:1 ratio every pound of boost = 1 more psi fuel pressure my aero max is 80 so setting it to 55 and boosting 18-19 my max pressure is around 75 which is more than safe. The walbro 450 can handle over 100.
The 1300s to me how I wanted it to run and what they were designed for was the better deal. And they worked perfect.

I was in the same boat as you. I installed a GM fuel sensor, ordered a AEM v2 since my AEM v1 won't support flex fuel. Installed the GM sensor in return line. Ordered id1300s,walbro 450,and AEM fpr. After talking to a few shops the told me I should go with id2000s if I wanted to reach 600whp. Real street said the only made 550 on a customers car with 1300s because turning the fuel pressure up made the pump loose psi in the top end. So went back the id1300s for id2000s.
I was also told I wouldn't need the AEM fpr with the id2000s...so sent that back. Well after I got the pump installed my base pressure shot up to 80psi at idle, was 45ish. So had to reorder the AEM fpr to lower my fuel pressure back down.
Now I just need to find time to make the 8hr drive to get tuned.

The ID1300's flow 1340cc @ 3 bar 43.5psi to 1910cc 6 bar 87psi.
If he lost pressure with a 450 top end was it not a Hardwire/relay setup. I suggest call up IMW in Carlisle pa they can answer and help with all of these things. They did tune my car afterall.

Just confirmed the sos flex fuel sensor will work with my haltedh
List of what I'm going to get so far
-id2000cc injectors
-Walbro 450 e85 pump with sos mounting kit
-sos fuel pump wiring
-sos flex fuel sensor and mounting hardware
-aem fuel pressure regulator
That should be it.
