OK I figured it out...

Starting from the girdle it goes....

1/2" Close
1/2" MIP 45 Degree
(Its an ugly 45 degree forged but actually flows way nicer than any other 1/2" 45)
1/2" MIP to 5/8" Barb
5/8 I.D. Hose
1/2" MIP to 5/8" Barb

to the TURBO

By the way, the manifold of turbo can be as hot as 1200F, while the average is 800F.

So, the 300-500F may not help in the long run
good point, at least on my setup, the exhaust is not in close proximity to my oil return! An AN setup might be the most reliable setup in the long run, but i haven't had any issues with my oil return in 40k+ miles!
