A new pulley is in the works, if we have a hard time getting the material then you are my second option. I'll post up some more details when we find out more.

Thanks for offering a hand, We might need your help
No problem.

whatever makes u feel better..... why do people have such a hard time accepting blame? WOW, did I ever say this was your fault? you have helped me out and i appreciate that but its fine to not be "perfect" on occasion. Nobody is going to think less of you
I personally respect him more since he admitted he made a simple mistake and just forgot,he's got a sense of humor! Haven't you heard "Laugh at your self and the world laughs with you ,cry and you cry alone".

this isnt important..... I dont care if cinderella herself pulled off the pulley. The fact is, it came off. I agree with you however that it should not matter how tight the bolts are if the pulley is made from sufficient material! ya know.
He was talking about removing some bolts or something. But he couldn't remember taking off the pulley. That's why he posted that "I didn't take the pulley off". That's what I got from the post, but maybe I'm wrong. I dunno.

I was just running the OEM pulley, I dont think it matters what brand pulley you run anyway. The added stress to any of them looks to be overbearing. My OEM pulley was in far worse shape than Darkwings UR pulley just from looking at the pics.

OJR has my pulley, maybe he will post pics.... but I doubt it.
My pulley was OEM Honda. My bolts were torqued to 10 ft*lbs. The cracks in my pulley were hairline running radially inward from the bolt holes.

[QUOTE=juntuned,Jul 30 2009, 06:59 AM] yes, yes you are correct..... just some clarification as to why I posted that. He said "he talked to me and I said I remember removing the pulley". Well He didnt TALK to me, he just sent me a text saying he remembered I did it! LOL..... so basically clearing him of taking it off. Like I said, it doesnt matter who did it.... I dont care if he did, it I did it, or cinderella did it! ya know... doesnt matter!

Aren't you running a completely modified KW setup? Different pulley size and tensioner ?

I was responding to whether my water pump pulley was OEM. My supercharger pulley is a 90 mm and my tensioner is not the KW one.

hey guys, slightly off topic. Let's say I am running the AP2 100mm pulley, what is the maximum RPM before I start to overspin the charger?

I remember jack used to have some formulars around but I can't seem to find them anymore.

Any ideas?
