If VTEC doesn't work and its not electronic, see if there is a rocker pin missing from when the headgasket job was done.

Ya, my tuner called you and asked you about the problem. The thing you told him about the injectors was news to us. I pray this is the problem, that we have put them wrong, because also the spark plugs today were all black. Maybe this is from the misfire , but maybe it is from the wrong placement of the injectors. If the problem is not fixed, we will take photos from everything and we will send you.

did you try to plug in the oem ecu, stock injectors then test if vtec works (turbo pipes disconnected ofcourse)..

 

I think you might want to edit your post, this is obviously not a problem with the inlinepro kit but rather your engine that happens to have the inlinepro kit installed on it
