When is the spring open house? Weather is starting to get nice. Time for a meet.

BTW, approximately 2k miles on my kit including a 2 day hpde, dyno time, and street driving. No issues with the kit. Everything has worked flawlessly.

Had another track event over the past weekend. This event was on the Jefferson Circuit at Summit Point. This track is extremely short (~1.2 miles IIRC) and filled with 2 short straights, several late apex corners, 1 sweeping left hander, and 1 decreasing radius left. I was also able to take advantage of some time spent on a skidpad, which left a smile on my face for the rest of the week.

Overall, the car did extremely well. With the track being this short the quick spool was especially nice. Ambient temperatures were 70-75 for the last session of the day. Oil temperatures peaked at 230. Coolant temperatures peaked at 210. I think the short track really challeneged the cooling system. It never really had a good straight to exchange all the heat. Still, 210 is within safe limits. At some point I'll post some video. The sound is much better on this one as I added an external mic to get it out of the main wind.

Anything at the track can't be done without trailers in WV.

Jason, nice short write-up. I'm looking forward to the new vids.

Do you have to shave the front grill to make the intercooler fit like other kits? Anyone have any head on pics of the intercooler installed on an oem bumper with the grill insert intact? Great kit btw.

You will need to shave down the corners of the grill just a little bit, but otherwise the grill still looks OEM.

Unfortunately, everybody in our area tunes with 93 octane so we currently don't have any dyno numbers for 91. However, we do not predict major differences in overall power output.

I didn't need to shave my grill at all. I have an ap2 bumper so I'm not sure if that matters.
