OK.....here's a quick update on how the initial tuning went....

There were a couple minor issues that needed to be addressed that cropped up:

1. exhaust leak from the v-band connection on the turbo housing
2. a wiring issue with the dry-sump oil pump, shop said something about the wirining diagram / directions had something misleading (either way they found / fixed it.)
3. a couple somethings to do with the MAC valve, opening & closing correctly....fixed /adjusted that.

Then it was off to the initial tuning & set-up.....BUT....unfortunately they didn't finish.

465 HP @ 15-psi in the last pull before they called it a day. The last problem that cropped up was the car was not holding fuel pressure correctly after 8500 RPM (rev limit was reset to 9500 because the car was still making power), and was droppiing off from about 45-psi down to about 35-psi, causing it to go lean at the top-end. The ID-1000's were at aboput 80% duty cycle and they dialed them up a bit to 93% to try to compensate...but the same issue occurred, and they kind of left it at that for now.....due to "ran-out-of-time"...they wanted to go home and enjoy what was left of their Saturday.

On Monday, they plan on swapping out the OEM regulator for an Aero-Motive, and going again. They figure they will be able to dial up the boost to about 17 - 18-psi safely once the fuel pressure issue is solved.

All said & done the end result Horse Power will likely be around the 490 - 510 HP on 92 octane / pump gas.

I might have a graph possibly a video to post on Monday if I can cheat work and make it down to the shop before they finish.

Hey Posta,

The PTUNING S2k manifold is flanged for a tial v-band housing only. You can run a GTX35R,GTX40R or bigger but you will need to get a new tial housing that is compatible with that turbo.

The PTE-6262 and there v-band housing is not compatible with the PTUNING manifold.

Hope this helps Thanks Drew.
