I think our turbos sit too low for a screen even at the drag strip just my opinion. If you had to do it I would on the intake tube then again I wouldn't see the point again just my opinion

the only way a screen would be effective on the Ptuning turbo set ups is if you had a velocity stack in place of the filter

Sorry, the production of the fan relay kit delayed our progress on the airbox. We are in the process of building a physical prototype from the CAD drawing to test. The bulk of the prototype airbox has been designed already, we just need to finalize a few details before we release more pictures. But just a teaser-pic to let you know the development is in progress, below is a 3D CAD model of the airbox (close-up).

If i buy a turbo blanket will it fit on the Tial housing and still fit in the hole where the turbo is?

PTP makes some nice turbo blankets, don't know if it would fit this setup or not though.

I would have thought with the turbo sitting down low in the engine bay the heat would be more manageable than a sidewinder. When you say unwanted heat, what are you noticing in the engine bay?

Makes me glad I wrapped the turbo and the manifold now.
