Ah, GTX3576 compared to the regular GT3076, figure on 300rpm or so slower spool, but ~80-100 whp more. The GTX3576 is a 600whp turbo.

Same here sata be nice if e85 was more Acessable.

I have a GTX30r making 580whp. Stock motor with Meth. My timing top end is super retarded, I am pretty sure I can make 620whp+ if I had E85 around here.
I dont know your build but if your not aiming to make more than 600whp then I would recommend keeping the GTX30 for better spool/mid range.

Depending on the dyno you are on I would say 600whp is the limit for the turbo.
We're waiting for someone to take the leap and upgrade to the new GTX3576R. There's still more power to extract from 93 octane, just need the right turbo and some dyno time

So what do you guys think the whp limit of the GTX3576 on 93oct with stock interneals?
Drew
It will be the same as the GTX3076 because on stock internals your are limited to 14psi max IMO. You will not have been close to reaching the GTX30's potential at that boost pressure. Unless you lower your compression, run corn or meth injection, there is no use switching to the 35R.
What did you end up making and how are you liking the car so far?[/quote]
LOL... I made 440. I have 4.77 gearing and rolling on the throttle in 6th gear is ridiculous at hwy speeds. 70-140 happens in a very short period of time. When things get full on cooking at about 95mph (around 5700-6k) the car just jets away w/ the short gearing. Love it. I can't use full throttle below 4th gear. But I don't care, I've driven a stock car with stock gearing and I enjoy mine so much more. If you lined up my car and a stock geared car at legal hwy speeds and hit the throttle with both being in 6th, no doubt my car would walk away. I just wanna put my foot down and go no downshift needed. I'll be at redline before the stock car had a chance to reel me in. I've driven pretty hard on the backroads and its great. It seems unconventional but for the roads by my house the setup is spot on.
Maybe I'm not driving on the ragged edge but I can feel the boost come on and control it with the throttle. It squats the suspension and stabilizes the car. I would only want more power in 6th. I don't drive FAST unless I'm on a highway so I couldn't care less about 1st-3rd and I have no desire to push to 160+ in this car. If I had gearing that could go that far I would try it just b/c thats what I do. The evidence for that has already been posted in this thread. So another 100 or so horses in 6th at the top would be good lol.
But I need better brakes probably before that. Anyone who says braking hard after 140 can be handled by the stock brakes hasn't done it consistently. You'll get 1 maybe 2 decent stops. After that, hope you have a parachute.
